Rebecca's Kenya Expedition July 2025

Hi, my name is Rebecca. In July 2025 I will be taking part in an expedition to Kenya with Camps International.

This will be a 4 week volunteering expedition where I will have the opportunity to live alongside rural Kenyan communities which will broaden my perspective on the world while helping to provide sustainable support for people I would otherwise never meet.

The communities I will be working with have little income and 51% of people live in absolute poverty. Some of the projects I will be involved in include building classrooms to provide children with safe places to learn and installing fresh water tanks at schools and in villages so people can access clean, safe water.

I am very excited to be offered the chance to take part in this expedition and would be very grateful for any contributions or sponsorship anyone is willing to make towards my fundraising. The cost of the expedition is very high so to help me get started I plan to do several activities which I will update on this page over the next few weeks and months.
