Rebecca buy out Future Ex-Husband's Home Equity

I'm Rebecca (Hi Rebecca) I'm going through a messy divorce. Like for two broke people who didn't step out on each other it is MESSY!

My kids want to stay in their childhood home, the one they currently live in that is walking distance from their schools and their friends.

I grew up with a lot of housing insecurity, my family wasn't a stranger to the threat of eviction, for a short time after my father's death I was unhoused. If this is something you've ever gone through, I think you'll understand why I am fighting with everything else in their life being thrown into chaos to keep them in the home their familiar with.

I started a business to carve out the financial independance to live free from my future ex-husband who was arrested on multiple counts of domestic violence last September. Lilac Fox Creative is a teeny tiny baby company that's just 5 months old. I believe it has legs to build a life on, but no amount of begging or pleading my case to a lender will give me a mortgage on 5 months.

He who will not be named is constantly asking to take possession of the house, throwing out that if I can't get a mortgage for it and he wouldn't even need to refinance. I can't help but wonder who's parents might be helping.

My kids have repeatedly made it clear to everyone they want to live with me and still he pushes.

I have tried to save my kids home by just having my tiny baby business hit some magical viral hit on Tiktok but no matter what I do it doesn't seem to be enough.

This is my Hail Mary so to speak. I have nothing left to do besides this GoFundMe, which you guys have been screaming at me to do from the beginning. It's literally this or pack.
