Really don't know what else to do??........

Hi my name is Sue I'm a single mother of twins I built a house with a habitat it took about 19 months to move in the first month I moved in was so proud of myself had all my bills caught up and then I opened the door on the coldest night of the year my dog got out I ran after him I slipped all my grass and broke my fibular had surgery I've been unsuccessful to apply for disability short-term it's just me and the girls I'm a server bartender I love to work I love my crew unfortunately it's going on 2 months now I've been out of work and I'm unsure if I'll be back to working normally within one two or three months bring into my normal income if anybody is able to donate or help in any way I would be so grateful I hate asking for stuff I will not tell people if I need help but I'm open to anybody willing to donate anything and contribute I would be so grateful my bills average to about a thousand a month Easter is coming in the girls' birthday and just just normal living supplies ! If anybody's able I would be so grateful.
