Hi everyone,

    At around 10pm last night a fire broke out at one of our family’s homes. It began in the living room and quickly spread through and made its way to the rest of the house. Thankfully my aunt had realized the house was on fire when it was only in the living room and everyone made it out safe. However, as some of you may know my aunts house is located a bit outside of Marshalltown so help had taken a bit to arrive. When they did arrive, the fire had made its way over to the attic causing it to at some point cave in to the 2nd floor of the house. The 2nd floor had been where my cousins had their bedrooms and all their essential belongings (clothes, shoes, etc). This situation is obviously one no one can prepare for so you can imagine the stress and heartbreak this type of situation brings. That is why we are reaching out to everyone and asking for your help. Help us get them through these next weeks and get them back on their feet. Anything from a share to a donation will go a long way. Keep us in your prayers as we get them through this difficult time.
