I am Abdul Hadi Al-Jaafrawi, a citizen who finds himself in a difficult situation. I am married and have four children, with the youngest being born during the ongoing war. Currently, we are living in a makeshift tent without basic necessities such as healthcare and suitable nutrition for the infant. Moreover, the lack of security and safety further compounds our challenges.
Ever since the war started eight months ago in the Gaza Strip, our lives have been dramatically affected. Prior to the war, I supported my family by running a graphic design services office. Unfortunately, the office was destroyed in an airstrike, resulting in the loss of equipment and machines that constituted my primary source of income. Additionally, our home was also destroyed, leaving us in a destitute state, residing in an inadequate tent that is far from suitable for human habitation. We lack access to food, clean water, and basic facilities necessary for a normal and healthy life.
Our situation is dire, with my children suffering and being deprived of their fundamental rights, including education. I feel helpless in my efforts to provide for them and enable them to pursue their dreams like children elsewhere in the world. I implore you to assist us in escaping these harsh conditions and securing a better future for me and my family.
Warm regards,
Abdul Hadi Al-Jaafrawi
