More information about OurBrainBank UK: OurBrainBank is a patient-led charity designed to move glioblastoma (GBM) from terminal to treatable, powered by patients. It's the first non-profit created by, for, and with people with GBM, an aggressive and deadly brain cancer. Our key tool is a free mobile device app that enables patients to track their symptoms and treatments, and to donate their de-identified data to research. The app both empowers patients and accelerates GBM research.

I chose this charity because it is one of many helping to aid treatments and comforts of those suffering with glioblastoma, a terminal brain cancer. I have had a lot of experiences inside my family with cancer, including my great gran who has stage 4 cancer and is no longer taking treatments. Cancer is an epidemic that we can fight together, one step at a time.
