Ray is our fearless leader at The Iron Bar where he has had a vision to cultivate not just another gym, but a strong community built on work ethic, discipline, and respect. He has worked tirelessly to build a space where people of all ages can pursue their goals alongside like-minded individuals who support each other. Ray’s leadership and dedication have made the gym a second home for many, and his influence is felt in every corner of our community.

Recently, Ray suffered a heart attack while taking care of things in the gym. This event has deeply affected everyone who knows him, and it highlighted the urgent need for safety measures in the gym. We are raising money to purchase an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to have on hand at The Iron Bar. Having an AED available will make the gym safer for everyone, providing peace of mind and the ability to respond quickly in emergencies. Public spaces where people are pushing their limits truly benefit from having life-saving equipment like this.

Ray is the heartbeat of our community at The Iron Bar. He leads by example and holds himself and all of us to higher standards of work ethic and respect.
