Did you know that an overwhelming 55% of healthcare workers feel burned out? As people who contribute so much to the community, their hard work and dedication are not appreciated nearly enough and these workers often feel drained from their job.

Ray of Hope NJ is a non-profit organization that aims to combat this issue. Our goal is to uplift hospital workers through fun activities such as sending student-made cards and delivering donuts and flowers. We mostly focus on employees such as receptionists, security guards, custodians, and more as they are the backbones behind keeping hospitals functional and equally important as doctors and nurses. We also raise money to donate new toys for pediatric patients at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, in hopes of providing a small moment of joy in a stressful situation.
