At Rayito de Luz, we work tirelessly every day to improve the lives of special children in our community. Our foundation, led by Milvia Russian, was born from her personal journey—a story of hope and resilience. As a disabled child, Milvia found strength and healing through swimming, a tool that not only improved her physical abilities but also restored her hope for the future. Today, Milvia has dedicated her life to helping children with disabilities overcome their challenges and live fuller, brighter lives.

Now, Rayito de Luz is launching a special sponsorship campaign to provide much-needed therapies and support to children with disabilities. Your donation will go directly towards life-changing therapies for children with disabilities such as Down Syndrome, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Prader-Willi Syndrome, and Angelman Syndrome. We have created a comprehensive program that combines conventional therapies—such as occupational, physical, and speech therapy—with innovative, unconventional approaches like swimming, equine therapy, and even dolphin therapy. These therapies not only improve motor and cognitive skills but also foster social inclusion and expand the opportunities for these children to thrive.
