Rawhide Ranch and the Chilidog Saloon

Portland Parks and Rec are in debt and understaffed.
In conversations with them, "there is no program in place, no management" for the dog parks. 

These funds will go towards park maintenance and having more enclosed parks.
Landscaping is a priority, to address mud issues during the winter months.

Next is to end the closure of Delta Dog Park in the winters, to landscape and build a structure
where we can be out of the elements enjoying live music,  movie nights ...food and libation
while our dogs run free and socialize.

Income generated will circulate directly back into maintaining the dog parks.
