Hi, my name is Lisa, and my beautiful little girl is Raven — lovingly known as Floss. Recently, our world was turned upside down when we learned that our precious girl has a rare, progressive condition called Sanfilippo syndrome.

Until this devastating diagnosis, we were led to believe Raven was autistic, so this news came as a complete shock to our family.

Right now, we are facing the unimaginable. There is currently no cure or treatment for Sanfilippo syndrome, and as parents, all we want is to give Raven the safest, happiest, and most loving life possible.

The funds we are hoping to raise through this GoFundMe are to help us secure a stable future for Raven. Our dream is to own our own home so we can make the necessary adaptations she will need as her condition progresses — something we simply cannot do while living in private rented accommodation. Having our own home would give Raven stability, comfort, and the care she deserves.

More than anything, we want to make the most of the time we have with her. We want to create beautiful memories, enjoy special days, little treats, laughter, and moments of joy — the simple things that mean everything when time is so precious.
