Hi, my name is Grace & I have begged, for quite some time, for my dear friend to let me set up a GoFundMe page to help w/mounting challenges they have encountered these last 2&half years. Now, with devastating news, she willl NOT be leaving Zhiler's side & we are in need of a MIRACLE & PRAYERS♡
Zhiler was diagnosed w/Cystic Fibrosis but ALSO a RARE disease (he is literally the 1st to have this!) They are currently at Childrens hospital, in Omaha, NE.
PLEASE read this following intro that can fill you in on what all has transpired in just over the last 2&half yrs.......
On March 5th, 2019 sweet Zhiler was welcomed earth-side by his Mama, dad and big brother, Zaylen, in the comfort of their own home. Just weeks after, Zhiler's health RAPIDLY declined and his mama pressed for answers, which unknowingly led to MULTIPLE hospital stays, hospital visits, a new diagnosis, the need for oxygen, testing and medications.
Zhiler's mama is the owner of Salon Meraki 222 in Cozad, NE and although that has allowed the freedom for her to be present and fight alongside him the entirety of his life, it's also taken a huge toll on finances. Dad, however, is tied to a 7am-4pm job, with limited time off. Throughout the last, almost 3 years of sweet Zhiler's life, they have endured many highs and lows. One bringing forth a very rare (1st person in the world, rare) diagnosis; Spondylocarpotarsal Synostosis Syndrome, that has drastically and suddenly changed Zhiler's life.
His life expectancy has no attached number, date, or time frame. Yet the family was just hit with news all of us as parents DREAD. Currently they are in Children's hospital, in Omaha, NE, without a release date or a designated plan for the future. Mama has had to step away from being behind the chair temporarily to ensure her son has the best care & can be reminded DAILY, just how treasured and loved her sweet boy is!
Gabrielle has NEVER been one to ask for help, as I stated above! I have asked multiple times throughout the last couple years, but instead she chose to start a side gig, make things to sell, whatever she needed to ensure everyone's needs could be met. She even changed her time at the salon from a typical 9-5, to a 5-midnight(or later!), so Zhiler wouldn't have go to anyone but the safety of his own home.
Today, in their most vulnerable state, we come to you asking to ease their financial worry so they can comfortably cover bills and still be present for their son.
If you can't help financially, PLEASE, please Pray for this sweet lil boy! He is verbally limited but KNOWS love & gives the BEST hugs! He is simply fighting for his life♡
