Random acts of kindness - We can do & be better

I’ve carried more than my own share of hardship in this life. As a teenager, I survived sexual abuse and grew up surrounded by trauma within my family. Those years tormented me and By the age of 14, the pain had become so overwhelming that I tried to take my own life. For a long time, my world felt defined and consumed by trauma, loss, and a constant sense of fighting just to stay afloat.

In 2022, I was diagnosed with EUPD, complex trauma, and PTSD. In many ways, that moment forced me to truly face everything I had been carrying for so long. It wasn’t easy—but I chose to try. I showed up to therapy, even when it hurt. I let go of substances that once felt like my only escape and coping mechanism & I started medication. I began learning how to live with my mind instead of against it. Slowly, in ways I didn’t always notice at the time, things began to shift. Piece by piece, I rebuilt myself into the person I am today.

Along the way, I’ve also had to endure unimaginable loss. I lost my brother in 2019, and my dad in 2024—two heartbreaks that changed me forever. Grief reshaped me in ways I’m still learning to understand. But somehow, it didn’t break me. Instead, it deepened me. It gave me perspective, and ultimately, it gave me a sense of purpose to be “The difference in this world”.

So my goal in life has become simple, but powerful: to be someone who makes a difference. To be remembered not for what I went through, but for the kindness I gave, the light I shared, and the people I helped along the way.

This GoFundMe is about turning that purpose into action. With your support, I want to create small but meaningful moments of kindness for others—whether that’s helping someone through a difficult time, supporting those who feel alone, or simply reminding people that they matter.

Because the truth is, you never really know what someone else is going through. And sometimes, the smallest acts of kindness can mean everything.
If we can care a little more, do a little more, and be a little better for each other, we can build stronger, more compassionate communities together.

Thank you for being part of something that’s bigger than all of us.
