Hi friends, family, and future riders,

My name is Lance, and alongside my son Brayden, we’ve started a family-run snowboarding brand called UPPER echelMon. What began as a passion project between father and son has evolved into a movement rooted in legacy, progression, and community connection.

Through our project Rancho Tahoe Rising, we’re on a mission to make mountain sports more accessible for our local community — especially for youth and families in Rancho Cordova who may not otherwise have the opportunity to experience the snow.

• Bring families to the mountain.

• Provide beginner snowboarding gear.

• Teach locals how to traverse down the hill safely and confidently.

• Create a culture of progression, community, and fun.
