Ranch Fire Relief

Nick  Compaglia and his wife, Terri, are East Bay local ranchers whose leased barn burned to the ground last night.  They lost all their tack for their ranch horses, feed, equipment including a quad and trailer theyused to feed their horses and cattle, plus a horse that was severely burned and is in critical condition at UCDavis Veterinary Hospital for IV fluids, pain meds and antibiotics to fight off infection.   They also lost a barn full of tools, and meds used to treat everyday livestock ailments.   Besides the material things, they lost a beloved horse that perished in the fire.  They do not have insurance to replace anything.    The vet bills are going to be expensive,  along with replacing the hay, and grain needed to feed the surviving animals.   Nick is the nicest guy.  He treats kids like they are his own and would give you the shirt off his back.  If you could spare a few dollars to donate, it would be appreciated.   If you can't donate, please share.  As a community,  we need to come together to help our neighbors.   They are still trying to assess their financial loses.  It's a daunting task.  Anyone that can help rebuild,  please contact me and I will forward your info to Nick and Terri.
