Hi, I am trying to help lift a financial burden for a close friend.

Ramona (Roni) has spent many yrs and tens of thousands of pounds on IVF praying one day that she will become a mummy. After 8 failed attempts (inc miscarriages) and all her savings spent, she finally got her wish.

She found out that she was having Twins earlier this year, & was just starting to overcome her fears & enjoy being pregnant. With a few complications during her pregnancy, including an emergency op, she was rushed to a hospital over 2hrs from home. The twins were delivered at 25weeks via emergency c-section. Each twin has their own complex and life changing needs to which she has been incredibly strong and has not left their side since the 23rd Oct. One or both babies are looking like they’ll need heart surgery in GOSH. Until then not well enough to come off the ventilator.

I know that she is weighed down by the financial worries of her business (her only form of income) “Men Only” a barbers and her home in Leigh on sea. Anyone who knows Ramona will know she won’t ask for help. I just hope that this page can help lift some of those financial worries by a little help from everyone. She feels so isolated and cut off from the world while she focuses on her beautiful babies but I want her to realise that she is not alone.

Nelly and Cooper are set to spend their 1st Christmas in hospital with their mummy by their side which is another hurdle for Ramona when family and friends are so far away. Family and small number of friends have all been to see her as much as we can. I just hope you can help in anyway to support Ramona so she can continue to focus on her twins.
