As-salaam - u - alaykum - Ramadan Lights are back!

As a child, a trip into central London to see the festive lights was an annual treat. My sister and I would lie in the back of the car looking at the lights through the sunroof. It was magical.

As a proud Muslim, I wanted to bring some of that magic to my community. And three years ago that journey began. With all of your support, we have gone from strength to strength. This year we are looking to take it even further!

And so, we're back! Now we need to get to a total of £75,000 to get to the next stage of this journey, and need your help. We are so excited to have done it at Henley's Corner on the North Circular, Trafalgar Square and we are so proud to say that our lights will line one of the most famous streets in London - Coventry Street - the road that joins Piccadilly Circus to Leicester Square!

We would love as many people as possible to join us on our journey.

With your support, we will be able to install these magical lights in time for the start of Ramadan, and they will remain in place until Eid! Please donate whatever you can. No amount is too small!

Every single penny will go towards the production, installation and removal of the lights

Ramadan is the most uplifting time for Muslims. It’s a time for charity and generosity. I hope you will join us in sharing the beauty of Ramadan with our neighbours.
