On Wednesday, our community lost someone truly special. Sheena Walker was more than a mother, wife, daughter, sister – she was the heart of her family and a light in our small town. Always selfless, caring, and welcoming, Sheena lived for her two sons, Kasin, 21 and lathen, 19.

Sheena worked tirelessly—full-time and through her catering business Bunny Lane Cottage Bakery —to make sure her boys had everything they needed. Whether it was supporting their education, cheering them on in sports, or simply creating a home full of love, Sheena gave her all to her boys her family and community.

Now, her sudden passing has left her sons facing a future they never imagined so soon. They are kind, good young men who were always by their mother’s side. But financially, they are now left with the weight of a home, other bills, and everyday expenses that their mom always carried.

While life insurance will help cover funeral costs, it does not stretch far enough to give these boys the stability they need during this heartbreaking transition. They have lost not only their mother but also the safety net she worked so hard to provide.

This fundraiser is a chance for all of us who loved Sheena—and the many lives she touched—to honor her by rallying around her sons. Every contribution will go directly to help keep them in their home, cover living expenses, and give them the time and support they need to find their footing without the constant worry of how to make ends meet.

Sheena gave everything for her family. Now, it’s our turn to give back in her honor.

Thank you for your prayers, love, and generosity. The boys feel the outpouring of support from this community, and it gives them strength knowing they are not alone.
