My name is Mike Keahbone and I am the pastor at First Baptist Church in Lawton. I grew up in Elgin, OK. After being away for 25 years, my family and I moved back to the Elgin area. One of the first people in the community that I met was Bubba Belletto. He graciously allowed my son to be on his football team. Because of Bubba’s influence, my son made immediate friends that made a difficult transition so much easier.

Seven months ago, Bubba succumbed to the massive weight of PTSD and tragically took his own life. He was a veteran who served his country honorably and experienced the worst of combat.

This tragedy has been brutal on his wife and three boys in many ways. One of those ways is financial. I am calling on all friends and neighbors to rally and erase debts that incurred while in emergency/survival mode over the last 7 months.
