Rallying around Mandy & Steve: Offering Love and Strength

It is with a heavy heart that we come together to support a dear friend, Mandy, as she navigates the profound loss of her husband, Steve. His decline has been sudden and unexpected, leaving Mandy to cope not only with the emotional pain of soon losing her husband and best friend but also the financial burden that comes with such a devastating loss.

Steve’s battle was a quiet one, and while he fought with remarkable strength and determination, the disease was ultimately too much to overcome. While we trust that God is in control, we find comfort in knowing that Steve is an organ donor and will be giving the gift of life to others before he goes to rest peacefully with Jesus. Mandy is left with navigating this incredible loss along with the responsibility of juggling the medical expenses, burial costs, and keeping the household going without a partner. While nothing can fully ease the pain of this loss, my hope is to provide some comfort and peace in the only way I know how.

Mandy is kind, caring and incredibly strong, she has a long and difficult journey to healing ahead of her. As she navigates the coming days, weeks, and months, she will need an army of support around her to lighten the load. Let us rally around her and bring some light into the darkest places.
