Rally for Tom's Heart Transplant and Care

Hi Everyone! I'm Tom's annoying little sister, Holley! I wanted to start this go fund me for Tom because this journey he is on was very unexpected and definitely not planned for at all. Tom is currently on life support at the hospital waiting for his heart transplant, which we have no idea when that will be. Our family has been learning new things each and every day on how life is going to be like when receiving a heart transplant. My parents are going to have to move back to CT from SC for at least the first year after his transplant, being my Dad will be his main person taking care of him. Tom is unable to work at this time and has some medical bills and expenses I know he will need some help with paying his bills. I am in awe with all the love Tom has been receiving and you have no idea how much it means to him and our family! So thank you from the bottom of our hearts and keep praying and cheering him on during this time!
