Help Support Shannon Huston and Her Family

Our beloved Shannon Huston, 46, is currently in the ICU, fighting through a very difficult time. Shannon is dearly loved by all of our family and a devoted mother to her two boys, Cole and Brayden.

If you know Shannon, you know how deeply she cares for others. She’s spent years pouring love (and her amazing baked goods!) into the ShyKatZ Café in Galveston, where she’s not just a baker and manager, but truly part of the community’s soul. Shannon’s kindness, laughter, and dedication have touched so many lives — now it’s our turn to be there for her.

Unfortunately, she has fallen on hard times, and her illness has placed a huge financial strain on her and her boys. Between medical bills, time away from work, and the uncertainty of recovery, they need our help more than ever.
