Good day, one of our ED family members has suffered a sudden devastating loss. Satydra Spencer has lost her person, her husband Wayne. Her and their 6-month-old baby girl have to find a way forward. Satydra has been a Northwell employee since 2018 and brings light and calm to the unit whenever she is here. She is the most gentle and genuine person you would ever be lucky enough to come across. Just back from maternity leave, Satydra does not have any PTO to be home. The Hospital has rallied to support her in every way possible.
