Roland doesn’t just cook. He remembers birthdays. He knows who likes what. He’s stayed late to help with events, come in early to prep for game days, and always makes sure there’s a little extra for someone who’s had a rough week. He’s been there for us like family.

Now it’s our turn to be there for him.

We’re rallying together to show Roland just how much he means to us—not just as our chef, but as the heart and soul of our brotherhood. We appreciate everything he does so much, and we’re organizing this to give back to everything he’s done for us over the years! Every dollar will go directly to supporting him and his family.
