Hello family and friends,
You always hear and read stories likes this one on the news, and on a few ocassions we might stop and think...I wonder how would I feel or what I would do if this was someone close to me, such as a friend or a family member?
Today was that day for me. I received this link and a sad text message from mother at work that said, “your brother’s kids lost everything”.
My heart sunk, but my day had to go on as if nothing had happened.
When I left work, my first thought was, how can we help and how can we get this kids back normal. So here we are.
Even though my brother and his wife divorced, this is were his children grew up and lived for years.
My heart and my goal is to raise money to get his kids back on their feet. They will need new clothes, school supplies, food and so much more.
My my hope is that with this money, they can get an apartment, all the essentials, and give them the opportunity of a new beginning as quickly as humanly possible.
Apparently, insurance is not being as helpful as they would hope and for this reason, I’m asking for your help. If not monetary, please help me by sharing this page!
