Rally for Kristen's Journey Back to Charleston

Hi CFRT family!

If you don't know me, I'm Kristin H. I joined CFRT last July and quickly became friends with coach Kristen. I'm blown away by the community I've seen within CrossFit and at our gym in particular. Kristen gave the support I needed to start and has continued to help me grow and come to love this crazy sport. I know she's had the same impact on many of us in our community. A few members and I are asking the CFRT family to rally together to help Kristen with moving expenses as she is sadly heading back to Charleston. Of course, any support is greatly appreciated.

We're hosting a wod to thank her on Friday June 21 at 6pm. We'd love to see you there!
