Hey everyone, my name is Casey Crawford and I am Josh Kiefer's older sister. My brother could really use our help right now. If you know my brother at all, you know he is the last to ask for help but the first to give it! So, I am going to ask for help for him even knowing I will get some feedback from him for doing it without him knowing about it.

About 3 weeks ago my brother sustained a horrible injury while trying to have a fun night bowling with friends. As he went to throw the ball, his bicep tendon ripped right off from his bone in his forearm immediately causing excruciating pain and not being able to use it. He went to the hospital and after that visit and a few others, they told him he had a ruptured distal bicep tendon which would require surgery and a significant time off of work. Josh underwent surgery on Thursday and has been in immense pain ever since. They explained to him that he will be off of work for 3 months with a 5 pound weight restriction.. And of course this is on his dominant arm.

Now, we all know how tough times have been for some without even missing work.. Imagine living alone in a house you own with a mortgage and bills to pay by yourself with no income coming in at the moment? He has used all of his vacation up already for the year and is STILL waiting for short term disability to come through that the doctor has yet to even sign!

I am asking for your help so my brother can focus on healing and not about money. My brother helped our family so much when our mother was sick with cancer, he served our country overseas for a year, and helps everyone at the drop of a dime. Every little bit will help!
