As some of you may know, Hinson was diagnosed in August of 2024 with ETMR. Which is a tumor on his brain stem. When he finished his first round of chemotherapy his scans showed that the tumor had grown more so his tumor board agreed that a surgery was needed asap. He had brain surgery September of 2024 to remove it and his surgeon removed about 95% of it. He went on to do 2 more rounds of chemo and 3 rounds of stem cell. After that, what was left had shrunk a little bit so we got to come home for good in march and just have maintenance Lumbar punctures with chemo injected in his spine.

Now, as of June, Hinson now has regrowth on the leftover tumor on his brain stem.

We are set for surgery Thursday, July 17th. His surgeon seems confident he could get a good amount out. We are hopeful and praying!

With Hinson having surgery, his dad will be out of work to be with us in the hospital. We could use all the help we can get so we can stay together full time as a family with our baby boy.
