♡ ATTENTION! Our beloved Granny OG needs us now more than ever. ♡

This week, Granny OG—affectionately known as everyone’s Granny—had her car stolen right outside of her home in East Oakland. Not only did the thieves take her vehicle, but they also took all of her market goods, personal belongings, and mobile tools she uses to support her healing work in the community.

To make matters worse, Granny has been quietly navigating ongoing health issues that require surgery—surgery she is now postponing due to this unexpected loss.

If you’ve ever been blessed by Granny’s radiant love, you know what a true light she is. For decades, she has been a pillar in the Bay Area:

Offering homemade, life-saving salves and balms

Holding space as a proud queer elder and champion for LGBTQ+ folks

Serving divine guidance, healing, and Granny love to all who knock on her door

She’s the kind of person who gives without hesitation, and now, it’s our turn to give back.

A new vehicle so Granny can regain her independence

Replacement of her stolen inventory and market setup
