It is with a broken heart that I share with you that my beautiful niece, Jazmyn Denise Chavez, left us to be with her twin sister, Jolene Marie Chavez. Just like her twin, she had a fragile heart that deserved more than this world could provide. Despite life's hardships, Jazmyn had a lovely glow about her and a smile to melt your heart.

Jazmyn Denise leaves behind the love of her life, her 10-year-old son, Elijah; her mother, Leticia Chavez; her brother, Joshua; and two sisters, Jaden and Jenne.

Our families take comfort in knowing we will be united through Jesus Christ again one day. Until then, know that you always were and forever will be loved.

The family is in need of financial assistance to cover the costs of laying Jazmyn to rest. Please consider donating whatever you are comfortable with. Prayers are also welcome and appreciated as we surround each other with love and support.
