<div>It is with a broken heart that I share with you that my beautiful niece, <strong>Jazmyn Denise Chavez</strong>, left us to be with her twin sister, Jolene Marie Chavez. Just like her twin, she had a fragile heart that deserved more than this world could provide. Despite life's hardships, Jazmyn had a lovely glow about her and a smile to melt your heart.

<div>Jazmyn Denise leaves behind the love of her life, her 10-year-old son, Elijah; her mother, Leticia Chavez; her brother, Joshua; and two sisters, Jaden and Jenne.

<div>Our families take comfort in knowing we will be united through Jesus Christ again one day. Until then, know that you always were and forever will be loved.
</div>

<div>The family is in need of financial assistance to cover the costs of laying Jazmyn to rest. <strong>Please consider donating whatever you are comfortable with.</strong> Prayers are also welcome and appreciated as we surround each other with love and support.
