Rally for Dylon: Overcoming His Injuries

My name is Natalee Johnson and my son is Dylon Johnson. Dylon was struck on his motorcycle while he was innocently crossing an intersection in Irving, Texas on March 1, 2025. He had the right of way, and a man turned in front of him unlawfully, hitting him and striking him off of his motorcycle. This was early in the day, and the visibility was clear. The man only had the minimum liability insurance.

Dylon was rushed to parkland Hospital and almost lost his life. Dylon’s injuries, included severe internal bleeding, severely fractured pelvis ,punctured, lung, broken clavicle, and collar bone. He has multiple internal injuries which are still being evaluated for upcoming surgery. Dylon’s medical bills are upwards of half a million dollars at this point. Dylon is only 27 years old, and has been working with the same company since he graduated college in 2022. Unfortunately his FMLA plan only pays three weeks which has been exhausted at this point. Dylon has rent and bills that he is responsible for on top of his medical bills that he cannot begin to pay.

We want to thank everyone that has reached out and visited Dylon in the hospital and brought meals, gifts and prayers. Dylon is now at the home of his parents who continue to care for Dylon. We do not know what the future holds and he has a long road ahead of him. All funds will go to Dylon Johnson to help assist him. Dylon is one of the best young men I've ever known, and I'm proud to call him my son. He has helped so many people in their time of need. He's always there for his friends, coworkers, and family.
