I’m raising funds for my dear friend Crystal Elefante, who is in need of emergency financial support for legal fees to continue keeping her child safe. (Pic is of back for the safety & privacy of the child involved.)

In 2019 Crystal and her child legally fled a domestic violence situation after the other parent assaulted the child. She has retained sole physical custody of the child, since.

The child was recently assaulted by the other parent AGAIN during a scheduled parenting time weekend; her previous attorney recently passed away, and she is needing to start over with a new attorney.

Having grown up in the UP, Crystal has been a large part of our community throughout the years.

She has worked as a teacher, providing a safe space for our community’s children to learn and grow, and has various longterm volunteer roles throughout our community.

Crystal values helping others and giving back - it is my hope that our community rallies together for her and her child with the same ferocious dedication and selflessness she so often shows to others.

She does nothing but make the world better. Let’s make her world not just a little better but a lot safer. ❤️
