Help Support Carly Fisher After Devastating Storm Damage
Dear Friends, Family, and Community Members,
We are reaching out to support our teammate and friend, Carly Fisher, a dedicated sophomore in the Science and Medicine program and a proud member of the girls' basketball team. On February 26, 2025, powerful wind gusts reaching up to 50 mph tore through South Euclid, causing widespread damage. Tragically, a massive tree crashed directly onto the part of the house where Carly’s bedroom was located, trapping her inside. Thankfully, she was rescued, but the home was left severely damaged, forcing her and her family to be displaced.
Carly and her family had just moved in, making this disaster even more devastating. Now, they are faced with the overwhelming challenge of finding stable housing, replacing lost belongings, and covering unexpected expenses—all while Carly continues to balance her demanding academic program and commitment to basketball.
Carly is an incredible student-athlete, friend, and teammate, and we want to rally around her and her family in this difficult time. Any donation, big or small, will make a difference in helping them get back on their feet.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support!
