Since then, Adam and his team have been working tirelessly to adapt—getting quotes, documenting damages, and navigating this temporary new normal. Despite their resilience, it’s been a difficult road. With no kitchen, revenue is down, employees are struggling, and the team that makes Biggie’s so special is feeling the weight of these challenges.
