Rally for a Resilient Mother

Hello!

I am a manager in a company largely populated with production employees. This company offers opportunities for promotions within, finding the talents of individuals and offering positions beyond Production and Warehouse. Well, I have one of those talented employees and this girl isn't good - she is amazing! In the time I've known her, she has moved from the production floor to a lead role, supervisory position and finally into the office with me. During this time, she has experienced considerable hardships that set her back, yet she continued to persevere.

Now, I ask you as a person looking in the mirror and facing daily challenges as we all do - has it ever just been too much to handle on your own? I believe so. Currently a single mom, she is losing her roommate and place to live, mode of transportation and childcare. All of which is no small expense in 2025 as the cost of living continues to rise but average income per household does not.

She is a loved member of the company, her community and mostly by her 1-year-old son. The goal is to get her on the right track to either a down payment on a vehicle, apartment or to establish trustworthy childcare.
