I raise Leo alone on the other side of the planet from my aging father and I have not been able to save to get us both to New Zealand to see him. I have not been to NZ since 2015 and have not seen my father since 2017, so he has met Leo only once. This is feeling more and more desperate to me as my father ages and his health deteriorates, as the cost of flights rise and my ability to save as a freelance sole parent decreases. It’s very much my hope to be able to visit my father by late May (date edited after due to update on his condition). I’m a live-streamer and tour guide/ food tour guide and very happy to take you on virtual or in person Paris tours in exchange for your contributions.
