Raising orphaned kangaroo joeys

Hi, my name is Narelle and I am a volunteer wildlife rescuer and registered wildlife rehabilitator specialising in young kangaroos.
Together with Darren we hand raise joeys that have been orphaned as a result of a car strike, illness/injury or attacked by another animal. These animals can require care for up to 1-2 years before their release. We currently have 14 kangaroos at our shelter ranging from 1-12 kilos in size.
We release all kangaroos back into the wild, however when times are tough, such as with the recent drought conditions, the recently released kangaroos return to the shelter daily for supportive feed.
Our shelter is registered with the government (DEECA) however is entirely self funded so we are grateful for any assistance to purchase formula and hard feed.
All of our joeys are on bottles plus hard feed. Currently Wombaroo kangaroo formula costs $541 for a 20 kilo bag.
We also purchase hay, kangaroo pellets and chaff on a weekly basis due to the lack of grass and natural food sources available.
Thank you very much if you are in a position to help us and our kangaroos.
