Show your support for Cwrt Enfys staff
“The Woodlands” elderly mental health unit at Cwrt Enfys, Ystradgynlais near Swansea, has been our dear
Mom and much loved Nan’s home since September 2019.
Barbara, who is 88 years young was diagnosed with the unenviable mix of Vascular Dementia and Alzheimer’s
Disease in early 2017 and was in desperate need of long term care.
Thanks to the incredible team at Cwrt Enfys under the leadership of Lindsey and Natalie, our Mom/Nan after
showing symptoms and testing positive on the 14th April and despite being close to death, has amazed us all and
survived Covid-19.
This impromptu video clip with Mom/Nan singing “We’ll meet again” has encouraged us as a family, with the help of “gofundme” to raise money and give something back to the staff who have helped Mom/Nan and the residents in
their care.
Please donate to the incredibly special staff at Cwrt Enfys for their amazing sacrifice, including staff who have
been and those staff who still are isolated from their families, even those with small children; to enable them to
care for our loved ones.
Money raised will go towards a memorial garden, dedicated to those who have battled Covid-19 and to those who sadly have lost their lives and to say a big "thank you" to all staff for their strength and support during this time.
