As a Kehilla, we have endured an overwhelming tragedy of unbelievable scope, a young wife and mother plucked from her family.

Mrs. Levi was just 34 years old and in good health when she, her husband and family were shocked to hear that during her pregnancy she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer. She suffered terribly, with the knowledge that her unborn baby's life was in danger.

Doctors did everything to try and save her and her unborn baby. The baby was born and mommy passed away.... The baby passed away one week later leaving behind a husband and three little children. (Baby pictured above).


Mrs. Levi, a true aishes chayil, was her husband’s greatest fan, standing by him in all his endeavors. The quintessential mother to her children, they were the apple of her eye.

Somehow, Mrs Levi’s husband and children knew that they would need to begin the process of picking up the broken pieces. They tried to do this alone. Mi K’amcha Yisrael! At a time of need is when we as a kahal are at our finest.

With three young children to raise, no income, and a home to maintain we ask that you open your hearts and contribute. Help carry them through this most difficult time, help give them what they need. No longer do they have their mother but they have us, Klal Yisrael!

Please, if you are able to help in any way, they truly need it. He is asking only one thing from you. Please help him raise his 3 orphaned children so they can be normal and happy. He needs to provide everything for them: rent, utility bills, school, food, clothing, babysitting. he needs to provide for their future - all on his own. He is already in debt from his late wife's medical expenses and more.
