Hello

My name is Ali, and I am writing on behalf of the Liverpool Edmund Rice Charity Camp. This is a camp and organisation that has been part of my life since 2019, and I hope to keep it that way for the foreseeable future. The idea of the camp is to give a week of summer camp to children who would not usually be able to experience them. The camp focus on a week of fun activities for the kids, helping them come out of their shell as they approach the age of secondary school. We focus on team building exercises, sports, arts and crafts, as well as ending each day in reflection for both the kids and the volunteers who give up a week of their summer to help make this all possible.

In previous years (please see images attached), we have managed to bring them a petting zoo to the camp, take them out on day trips to the museum, and others in previous years such as the aquarium, farm, cinema and more. This is something that the kids have always loved and we want to continue to provide this joy, but as the prices of all of this continue to go up, we are finding ourselves stretched with trying to keep trips like this as part of the camp, which we feel is integral to what makes the camps special. We appreciate any donations to help towards this cause, it really does go a long way.
