yesterday (27th June) a lady came to Shivana’s cabin on left bank rd, mullumbimby and stole her car why she was getting naiya (our 2yr old daughter) to put in the car. Shivana ran around the driveway and stood in front of the car to stop her and she hit shivana, pushing her onto the bonnet and continued to drive away with shivana on the bonnet. Shivana rolled off while the car was in motion and this lady continued to drive away stealing her car.. a high speed police chase commenced sometime later and ultimately she crashed the car at full speed into a police car used as a road block outside of Lismore.. the lady is now in police custody. Shivana’s car is now totalled and she doesn’t have insurance, she’s also a single mum to our daughter and we’re both only able to keep our heads above water financially week by week at this stage in our lives. Of course, shivana is very shaken and traumatised by this experience happening at the safety of her own home.. We are desperately trying to raise money to buy her a new car asap. I’ve set the amount at $5k to be able to buy her a safe reliable family car, and any amount you can contribute would be so gratefully appreciated. If we don’t meet that amount we will buy whatever car we can with what is raised. Thank you so much for helping this family in a traumatic time
