I'm raising money in aid of COVENT GARDEN DRAGON HALL TRUST; every donation will help. I'm raising money in support of Covent Garden Dragon Hall Trust (CGDHT), a charity organisation serving the needs of local people with a specific focus on children, young people and older residents.

We provide opportunities for social, educational & recreational activities developed for & by the members of our diverse communities, especially those at risk from social exclusion & isolation.

CGDHT offer a supportive and safe environment where individuals are encouraged to develop their talents, passions and abilities. We offer various social, educational and recreational activities and events. Many are developed in partnership with other organisations or local people.

On Sunday 2nd, October, I will be taking part in my first half-marathon race at Richmond Park October Run
