Raising funds for the neonatal department Stoke Mandeville
Donation protected
On Wednesday 20th November, Miss Abby and Miss Anisa from Chiltern Hills Montessori Nursery will be running a half marathon from Downley to Stoke Mandeville Hospital to raise support and awareness for the Neonatal Department. Our commitment to this cause reflects our dedication to helping vulnerable babies and their families, making it a special event for our community. By taking on this challenge, we aim to provide essential support to the hospital's neonatal unit, which plays a crucial role in caring for premature and critically ill newborns.
This run not only symbolizes our compassion but also serves as an opportunity for people to contribute and raise funds for the department. The distance from Downley to Stoke Mandeville is approximately the length of a half marathon (13.1 miles), making it a significant challenge that mirrors our dedication to this cause.
Here’s how you can help:
• Donate: Every pound brings us closer to providing the best care possible for vulnerable newborns.
• Share: Spread the word and help us reach as many people as possible.
• Cheer us on! Your encouragement means the world as we train and on race day itself.
Thank you for your support—together, we can help give every baby the best start in life.
