I am a 34 year old mother fighting for the best interests of my 4 year old son Cody, who's father is abusive and is gradually turning my son against me.

Despite my best efforts to resolve this amicably, we've ended up in a contentious court battle as my ex partner will not attend mediation.

I am determined to provide a safe and nurturing environment for my son, but am currently unable to continue with my lawyer without the funds.
