Hey all,
If you know me, you would know that I do a bit of charity work when I visit Indonesia.
Bali Life- Bali- I provided fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs, biscuits, rice, female sanitary products and over $500 AUD worth of toys and school supplies.
Lestari Sayang Anak- Jakarta- I donated a cash donation of $500 AUD, ongoing monthly donations from Australia, and provided funds for an additional basketball ring and basketball equipment.
This trip I’m headed to Bandung, I have a packed schedule to visit at least 3 facilities. I usually chat to the facility about what they require prior to my visit. This might be sports equipment, food, school supplies or cash.
For this trip I am hoping to visit the following facilities-
Yayasan Samiyah Amal Insani
Yayasan Kristen Dana Mulia
Panti Asuhan Putera Maranatha
Please note that none of the funds donated will be going towards me, my flights, my accomodation, transportation or my son’s- these costs will be paid entirely by myself.
The funds donated will all be donated to the facilities I attend, depending on what they need.
Please also note that, because these are Indonesian facilities, they’re NOT tax deductible with the Australian government,
I appreciate all donations, I can assure you that the facility also appreciates and NEEDS help. Usually these facilities do not receive any support at all from the government, nor do they have any kind of system for children that have families that are unable to care for them. They rely on sponsors, donations and volunteers.
Thank you so much for reading, and thank you for donating! You’re incredible!
