Raising Funds for Hearts Together

We are thrilled to announce that Hearts Together has been selected as our Charity of the Year for 2025.

Hearts Together is an exceptional charity located near Derriford Hospital, providing low-cost accommodation and comprehensive support services to individuals undergoing medical treatment and their families. Their mission is to offer a welcoming and supportive environment for people going through some of the most challenging times in their lives. Whether it’s for patients undergoing planned procedures, parents of premature babies, or individuals in need of emergency treatment, Hearts Together is there to ensure that no one has to face these challenges alone, while offering them a safe, comfortable place to stay near the hospital.

In addition to the accommodation, the charity offers a variety of essential wraparound services including qualified counselling, wellness calls, and a shuttle bus service to the hospital. These services make a huge difference for people in critical situations, offering not only a place to stay but also emotional and practical support when it’s needed most.
