The main reason I am doing this is because I believe that men’s mental health doesn’t get talked about enough because of the stigma that men can’t talk, they can but they fear that they will be seen as weak if you express your feelings. Bottling things up lead to people going down a dark path and I want to do my part to help change this with your help. I bet you didn’t know that 1 man dies of suicide per minute. Also men count for 69% of deaths by suicide. As robin william said “suicide is a permanent solution to temporary problems”.
