In October 2025 I will be running a half marathon to raise money in aid of the ME Association and every donation will help.

The ME Association supports people with Myalgic Encephalopathy (M.E.) and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome through all stages of their illness. Unfortunately my lovely Dad has been deeply affected by this, so I will be running the race on behalf of him.
