Hi, my name is Josef and I’ll be raising money and awareness for mental health and young lives matter. I’ve chosen to walk from Wick with my friend Jason to the 5th lamppost on Tay bridge where unfortunately my friend Pheoinx had his last moments. This walk is not just any walk but I myself have struggled with mental health issues and still do to this day. I would like to spread awareness that you’re not a problem and you’re not too much. But you are a human and we all feel something. It’s okay not to be okay but it’s not okay to stay that way!
